Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

If you want to return something, you have to do it within 30 days of buying it. We can’t give you your money back or exchange it if it’s been longer than 30 days. The thing you want to return must be unused and in the same box or package it came in. Some things can’t be returned, like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Also, things like underwear, dangerous stuff, or things that can catch on fire can’t be returned either.

Some things can’t be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Software you can download
  • Certain health and personal care items

To get your money back, you need to show us the receipt or proof you bought it.

Don’t send what you bought back to the company that made it.

Sometimes, we only give back some of the money:

  • If a book looks used
  • If you opened a CD, DVD, or video game
  • If what you bought isn’t like it was when you got it
  • If it’s been more than 30 days since you got it

Refunds


Once we get your returned item and check it, we’ll email you to confirm we got it. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or not.

If it’s approved, we’ll process your refund, and it’ll go back to your credit card or the way you originally paid within a few days.

If you haven’t got your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it might take a while for your refund to show up.

After that, get in touch with your bank. Refunds sometimes need a bit of time to process.

If you’ve done all that and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at {email address}.

Remember, we can only refund regular priced items, not items bought on sale.

Exchanges


We only swap things if they’re broken or not working right. If you want to trade it for the same thing, just send us an email at {info@luxlineattire.com}.

Gifts

IIf you got something as a gift and need to return it, you’ll get a gift credit once we get it back. We’ll send you a gift certificate for the value of what you returned. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or the person who gave it to you had it sent to themselves first, we’ll refund them and they’ll know about the return.

Shipping returns


To send back your item, you’ll need to mail it to the following address: {info@luxlineattire.com}.

You’ll have to cover the cost of shipping for returning your item, and remember, this cost won’t be refunded. If you do get a refund, we’ll subtract the return shipping fee from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to get to you might vary depending on where you live.

For pricier items, it’s a good idea to use a shipping service that lets you track your package or buy insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
